I am enjoying a sunny day in the mountains of NC.
Right now the best thing in my life is that my son is returning from Spain after 9 months!! I can’t wait to see him!! I’ve missed him SOOOO much! My other son is in Heaven so he is always close, but I have REALLY been missing my kids! I am sooooo excited! (Can you tell??)
What is good in my life right now? well that I’m alive- that I have my three wonderful kids – I thank God that I have one more day to spend with all my loved ones and that he has given me many gifts – that I get to craft because I love it!! I’m thankful for today, hopeful for another tomorrow!!
One of the best things about my life is being able to make glass beads – I just love melting glass!
Oh- my kids are at wonderful ages! 9, 6 and 4! We can finally go on trips without a million supplies, everyone listens, no giant meltdowns. Just did a daytrip to the shore and they were a delight! So I am loving this stage of motherhood (and the great outdoor fun weather too).

I am thankful for so much in my life. I have a wonderful bead shop, a fantastic and ever-evolving house, a loving and talented husband, and sweet pets who always put a smile on my face.
We are finishing off the basement and putting in a workshop area designed for my glass/jewelry work. Can’t wait for it to be finished!
For the first time in many years my daily life is more ‘normal’ due to information from a very dear friend about an amazing weight-loss protocol. I can do things that I thought I never would be able to do again. And to add to the joy of that accomplishment I have the distinct pleasure of taking some classes and learning new things from a young woman I watched grow up! š What more could I ask for?
Is the warm beautiful days in Texas that I get to enjoy with my wonderful husband and 5 year old son, also soon to be our new addition that is coming in August.

What’s good about life right now, is that the week long Vacation Bible School I’ve been planning for the past several months will be here next week, and I will finally be able to relax!
Right now, this very moment? Cookies! (I’m at work, and hungry…if I were at home, it’d be spending time in the yard playing with the kids and gardening š
After a day stuck in the office, I get to got out for a nice long motorcycle ride, and stop for ice cream (then go home to do some chainmail!)
My life is good because I have a roof over my head, food on the table, an amazing husband, awesome friends, great patents! My job is very stressful, but making jewelry keeps me sane and helps me to appreciate the people in my life and not focus on the stress!
The best part of my life is that I’m employed and have access to the internet…so, I can glean from all those creative souls out there. It’s inspiring to see such beauty and it allows me to escape for a bit everyday. Thank you!

What’s good about my life right now is that I get to stay home with my boys and enjoy being with them everyday! They are growing up so fast and I am so happy that I get to have this extra time with them, as they will be all grown up and have their own lives too quickly.
I have a husband that loves me and our family…and he totally “gets” and understand my beading addiction. lol š

I have a wonderful husband that’s a constant “GOOD” in my life. We met 10 years ago this August and have been under the same roof for 8 years and have been married for 6 years. We may be poor in dollars but are rich in love and respect. We are both disabled. Him from an on the job accident. Me from a car accident. So we do get to spend a lot of time together which has only strengthen our bond. We are best friends.
Everything about my life right now is good!!! I will be 76 years old this month (June 26th), my husband and I just celebrated our 56th anniversary…We have 3 wonderful kids & 10 really wonderful grandkids…we went through alot of rough stimes with the economy, losing our business, and home, moving away to a new area but everything worked out..we have great friends where we now live, my husband is back working & I am making & TRYING to sell jewelry!!! so it’s all GOOD!!!
My life is good right now because today is my last day at work before a week-long vacation in Fairbanks, Alaska. Going from the hustle and bustle of NYC to the Alaskan wilderness. LIFE IS GOOD! š xo, Elif

What is good about my life right now, is that I am finally out of debt. It took losing everything, and has been over three years of H-E-double hockey sticks, but really, it can only go up from here! Today, I just found joy in the fact that we had a really amazing thunder and lightning storm last night. It put on quite a light show! When life gets a little overwhelming, Mother Nature brings me back to earth and soothes me. She is incredible!!!

Life is beautiful in of itself. Great husband, love my job as a nurse. Good friends. Had a wonderful day with my 21 month old granddaugher – Sophia Bella – yesterday at our farmers market. While buying asparagus, I looked down at her in the stroller and she had pilfered a bright red tomato and was eating it with both hands, juices running down her tangerine colored shirt. The look on her face was priceless. You would have thought she was eating an ice cream sundae! It is those small moments in life that bring us such pleasure. I came home and made her a stretchy beaded pink bracelet:) Love her sooooo much!
I’m very blessed! I have a husband I’m still crazy about and we’ll celebrate our 29th anniversary next week. I have two great kids…Had my daughters wedding last year and will marry off my son this Oct. And am finally finding myself. Actually got the courage to quit my job of 13 years and am now working from home making jewelry, which I love to do. Life is great!
I have the day off from work, and I am dedicating it to CRAFTING: Scrabble tile necklaces for two friends, buying fabric for a blouse, and knitting a baby sweater for a friend! Best day ever!
After much hard work, my daughter is graduationg HS as Valedictorian. I’m so proud of her. Oh, and the sun’s out today! Oh, and I’m going on a mtn. bike ride later. Oh, and my 20th wedding anniversary is almost here. Oh, and and and š Life is good.
I got let go from a job I hated & have lots of time to catch up on knitting, beading, embroidery while I look for a new job
I’m retired now. I get to sleep in!

My life is good because I have a wonderful husband, two awesome children, two adorable grandchildren, two sweet dogs and one rather snarky cat…but she’s cool too. I’m also happy to have a small craft room and time to make assorted goodies. š Oh and a very old friend (and her family) who I haven’t seen in years will be visiting us tonight!
The internet is up and I am surfing. The weather is warm and if the mosquito problem gets better I will get to make some beads.

I am recently retired from my flight attendant job, after 42 years and am enjoying every minute. Now I never have to miss an episode of BBJ. Trying new things I’ve seen on the show.
